I'm having a difficult time losing the last 7 pounds of my goal for weight loss. I heard having protein with a carb together helps stimulate your metabolism opposed to just eating a carb or protein seperately.I've tried to really clean up my diet with no processed foods, low sugar and limit carbs to fruits. Any other suggestions to bust through a plateau?

    Up your cals to b losing 1/2lb per week and make sure ur eating back your exercise cals... The last few 'vanity' pounds are the hardest to get off!
