So I'm considered top heavy
My top part of my body is much bigger then my lower half...
I really want to get my body balanced....and I Also want curves
Someone suggested buying a waist clincher.... do any of you use one? Is it affective?
What exercises should I focus on that will target my upper body?

What is the largeness comprised of? If it is muscle then I would suggest building some lower body muscle to batch up. If it is fat, then just work at losing the fat to balance it out. Exercising a particular body part won;t make you lose the fat from that body part though.0
