I'm New!

Hey everyone!!
I'm Christi. I'm 24.. and I just joined this site..
I've always been a bit overweight... starting way back in my childhood.. and I'm finally to the point where I want to do something about it. I feel comfortable where I am now. I'd just like to feel better about my self, if that makes sense.
Right now I weigh around 220. and I'm 5'4". I'm looking to lose atleast 50 lbs. I know it won't be easy and it will take awhile to get their, but I'm ready for this journey.

    Girl, hang tight, the first week or two are rough, it's a life change. I went 10 day didn't lose a pound. I know though that minus calories plus exercise are the magic formula. I think about what I eat all the time. Stay with it.

    Hang in there. Its tough but it will pay off in the end. My wife and i are doing this together. With all the exercise and eating habit changes we've been doing. I was a little discouraged with I gained 2 lbs. but we're keeping strong. Get some good people in your corner that will motivate you.
