Whenever we talk about gym stuff and catching up he always says "don't you go and do anything to that @ss!" I had a picture of him on my old cell phone as a screen saver but my guy friends kept saying "why do you have a picture of HIM? and not your husband?"
"all I have to do is 'check for messages' if a creep is annoying me and he goes away!" evidently that wasn't reason enough.

FF to 6 mins 45 seconds and she'll get to the squats. However, don't swing it, do it in a very controlled way and rest the bell on the ground for a second before going to the next. do 3-4 reps of 10, or as many as you can, 2xs a day and will get an @ss. Promise.0 -
