Cheesy...but worked for me!

After sitting around and eating too much, I always feel awful in every way possible. Soooo...I wrote a little note to myself describing how I feel after a "binge". I noted how sick, lethargic, and just all around gross I felt. Whenever I feel like I just want to eat and eat and eat...I read my note.
If someone else would have wrote this, I probably would have thought it sounded pretty cheesy. But it does help me a lot by reminding myself what I am about to get myself in to! :)

    Self awareness is a Good Thing. :)

    Any reminder that actually helps negates any cheesy factor.
