Ok so when your looking at foods like Bisquick pancake mix or Quaker oatmeal is the calorie count shown perpared or unperpared? I ask because when your cooking you add items to them like eggs, milk, oil ect. Is this stuff considered to be part of the calories show on the package?

No, you have to add those in yourself. They have no way of knowing if you're using whole milk or 2%, what kind of oil...0

That’s kinda what I was thinking so I have been adding most things separately but sometimes it gets a little confusing on some products and some I have found have it listed both ways.
