TRY to keep tracking though .. takes a few min.. even when crazy busy days you can still take time to track!!! just cuz we 'think' we know how much and what is going into our mouths... but until we reall y write it out/measure we dont... and you want to keep loosing wt and rocking like the 1st 6mo on mfp!!!
