Hi there, I'm very new here and looking for a good exercise machine to use alongside my healthy eating. I was thinking maybe a treadmill or a cross trainer.
Can anyone recommend a good one? I am on a limited budget, £100-£150 being the very maximum I can afford.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Hi There,
Treadmills are good but a decent one would be more than your budget, I got one few months ago from argos the cheapest motorised one for £200 its a real bargain tho and very sturdy doesnt look or feel like the cheap range.
Saying that I would suggest a rowing machine ( I've just ordered mine again from argos) Great all rounder machine for excersise
After searching many reviews the Roger Black Rowing Machine seems very good at £124.99 + £5 delivery.
I cant wait to get mine, I could row away for a lot longer than running on the treadmill! lol
Good Luck with the weight loss

If you wait a month and then go on ebay and gumtree there'll be literally hundreds of them on sale cheap!!!0
