I will be starting Jillian Michaels for beginners tomorrow and want tobe able to log the circuit training dvd into my exercise. I searched under her name in the database under exercise and didn't see the dvd, so what would you advise?

Some people just log it as circuit training. I personally bought a heart rate monitor, so when I do a DVD, I create an exercise for that DVD, and then log the calories my HRM tells me each time.

When you say you create an exercise for that DVD, what do you mean?

When you try to search for an exercise that doesn't exist in the database, after the search results come back, there will be a link at the bottom of the page to Create an Exercise. You click that, then put in the name, the amount of time, and the calories burned. It'll stay in your list of exercises after that, so it's easier to select the next time.
