Month one, Insanity NSVs

I just completed month one of Insanity! I only lost 7 pounds, but I racked up quite a few NSVs that I wanted to share here.
1) Completing month one of Insanity... without skipping a single day. Once it was 11pm by the time I finished, but I never skipped.
2) Abs! i'm starting to see them!
3) Sticking to my diet! In the whole month, I've eaten less than 1000 calories of non-clean food.
4) No sweet coffee or alcohol (the toughest one here for sure... love my wine!)
5) And today, the best one of all. I zipped up my old favorite jeans. You know the ones... the motivation jeans you try on every now and then, only to stuff them into the back of your drawer?
I got mine out today on a whim, never expecting them to fit. I usually have to be ten pounds lighter than I am now to wear them. Body recomp is magic! Those jeans zipped up easily and fit like a glove!!!!
I still have a way to go till I'm fitting into my ultimate pair of old favorite jeans again, but it's such a relief to see the proof that slow and steady really does win the race, and Aesop knew what was up all along.
