When I first saw this recipe (supplied by our CSA) I thought it sounded weird, but I decided to try it and now I'm hooked!

Ingredients:
* 1/2 lb. red or black seedless grapes
* 1/4 tsp. olive oil
* dash of salt
* dash of black, ground pepper
* 1/4 cup lowfat (or nonfat) vanilla yogurt'

Instructions:
* Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
* Put grapes on cookie sheet
* Drizzle olive oil on grapes
* Sprinkle with salt and pepper
* Bake for 15 minutes
* Cool to warm or room-temp
* Dip in yogurt as you enjoy!

    I will definately try this! I have been freezing red and purple seedless grapes. 10 grapes = 34 calories! Its nice to just grab a baggie of frozen grapes when I need a little something to get me until the next meal and tastes delicious!

    I saw a roasted grape recipe on PInterest the other day and thought it looked good too. Will have to give this a try!

    wouldn't that just turn to raisins, with the salt and pepper?

    Not sure how it works but I didn't put a lot of salt and pepper- I couldn't even taste it actually. The grapes basically just became really soft with loose skins but were still juicy. The texture kinda reminded me of the apples in an apple cobbler. I'm guessing 15 minutes at 450 isn't enough heat to actually dehydrate them- not much juice seemed to leak out.
