175cm slightly overweight - healthy eating

Would like encouragement and motivation (and friendship) from people in similar situations. Technically I'm slightly overweight - like to be more comfortably in a UK size 12. I am trying to eat a healthy diet of about 1300 cals per day - 3 meals a day, fruit for snacks and drink more water. Over the last few months I've introduced running but still struggle with it - can now do 5k in just under 40 mins - walking and running and would like to improve on that. I do zumba, pilates and body combat too. Would love to meet anyone going through the struggle!
