Newbie from NY

Hi everyone. I'm Patricia, I'm 24 and I've just signed up to join all of you awesome people in this community. Long story short - I've always struggled with my weight and have made quite a few "go's" of Weight Watchers and various exercise programs but life always seemed to interrupt progress. Then when a friend told me about MFP and how awesome it was, it seemed like a good fit for my life. So here I am :). I'm going to start on a program Oct 1st and wanted to make some friends with similar goals to help keep me motivated before hand! Besides tracking meals, I plan on starting a C25K program for cardio (the recommended 3 days / week) and am planning on starting a Jillian Michaels program. I was able to work w/ a trainer for a number of sessions a while back and she used the same approach of metabolic training which really worked for me as I have quite a bit to lose.
