    Literally gave my all today.
    With the help of a 9 km walk and some calisthenics, I'm 724 calories lighter :laugh:
    It's a really high number for my weight, so I'm very happy with it :)

    Now, off to a much deserved shower and REST I go !!

    Count me in. I'm off to a slow start this month due to a nasty cold but I will make it up during the month! Lets burn those calories. We can do it!!!

    Day 4 is a low day for me. I didn't sleep well and I'm just so exhausted. Saturday is my high burn day so I'll make up for it!

    Oh can I join in? I've been struggling to lose this last stone and need all the encouragement I can get, think this would help.

    This month I started to deduct the calories I'd usual burn at rest from my exercise calories, so all figures are my net burn. Do you guys do this?

    Day 1: 350
    Day 2: 885
    Day 3: 399
    Day 4: 556

    Total: 2,190

    I'm not sure what you are asking. We are posting the number of calories we are burning during exercise and subtracting it from 10K.

    Well lets say according to my HRM I burn 500 calories in 1 hour of exercise. I know I burn 80 cals per hour at rest, so I subtract this (as I would have burned this whether exercising or not) to give me my net calorie burn, ie 420 for the hour. I know some people do this and others don't, was just curious as to whether you do.
