    So do you all subtract the number of cals you'd burn at rest to give you your net cals?

    I'm not sure what you are asking. We are posting the number of calories we are burning during exercise and subtracting it from 10K.

    Well lets say according to my HRM I burn 500 calories in 1 hour of exercise. I know I burn 80 cals per hour at rest, so I subtract this (as I would have burned this whether exercising or not) to give me my net calorie burn, ie 420 for the hour. I know some people do this and others don't, was just curious as to whether you do.

    Day 3 : 162
    Day 4 : 724
    Day 5 : Rest day

    Week 2 everyone! My goal this week is to beat my week 1 total which is 3146!

    I have not been very motivated this week. my total for last week was 1649 burned
    Leaving 8351 for the month

    Its possible I am gpoing to try to refocus and get to 5000 total be the end of the week
