I can't believe you achieved THAT, without lifting weights. Wow. There's a lot to be said for body resistance training, and your body is saying it loud and clear!! Your determination and discipline are staggering. Well done, and thank you for sharing and encouraging so many with your incredible achievement.

All the best, and you have totally set a new benchmark for me.

So many women are hating on you right now. "Oh, lil miss perfect already has a great body, now she wants muscles. Whatevs! I for one do not think its attractive for a woman to have muscles. That's why I stay pudgy. I'm hot."

You must have a poor opinion of women.

You just said "So many women are hating on her", don't want muscles and think they are hot when overweight. You didn't say "some". You said "So many" which implies that you think most women are like and therefore you have a low opinion of women.

The fact is that there have been 5 pages of replies to this thread and not a one has been negative. And yes, I've seen threads like this go negative but usually those "people" (not just women) are the minority. A lot of women do want muscle. We'd never "hate" on the OP and label her "little miss perfect". She's a 35 year old mother of 2. She's obviously worked damn hard for her "perfect" body and good for her. It's irritating when people (not just men) assume women are catty *****es.

You are already very muscular. So basically what you're looking for is sacrificing some agility for big muscles?

not looking to sacrifice agility... :)

But I would like more definition in my legs and tush. Calves are already huge, so no more there please! lol
I am starting to see some definition while at "rest" - not just when working out, and that's what I'd like to see some more of. :)

I am 'thinner' but don't want bony skinny arms and legs - want to have muscles there to give curves.

But she's not "very muscular". She simply has nice defined muscles. I bet in a long sleeve T-shirt no one can tell she is a boxer. She probably comes across as very small and thin. People see definition on a woman and think "she's huge" but she's not. Adding muscle, AKA "bulking" would probably do wonders for her strength and boxing success. And I doubt a woman even could naturally build enough muscles to lose agility. A natural woman would be lucky to add 10lbs of muscle if she tried really hard for an entire year.

See? This is why I always check for a nice defined clavicle on a fit woman, can't hide that even "at rest".

Not that I check out women. Damn it. I've been caught.

-Definately - Smoken' abs! WOW! Exercise and Super clean eating I'm sure of it!

To Bulk up you will need to be in a calorie surplus - as long as you keep it clean and go slowly, I for one would think that you will gain more muscle.

You can have curves two ways: from fat and/or muscle. Women who "bulk" develop such beautiful defined curves and silhouette .
