    I was just thinking how I really need to get into exercising - I've lost 23 lbs (20 with MFP) and while I feel good about the loss, I do feel kinda flabby. Plus, I need to jump-start my "diet" and I think this is just the ticket :) Let's shake it!

    I've done it before.I never finished up workout 3.It is a very good workout.That's why I'm doing it again.It does exactly what it says.Tones up your buns and thighs.I actually like workout one the best.

    I finished day 2 today.I'm sorer than I thought I would be LOL.Great workout.
