3 lbs in the first week! Anyone need some motivation?

Hey everyone! Hope everyone is sticking with their resolutions! What a great website for tracking exactly what we eat!
I have been watching calories for 7 days now and have dropped almost 3 pounds! I am so excited! We are headed to Florida the first week of February and at this rate I will be thinner than I have ever been when we get there! WOO HOO!!!

I tell you, if I had realized that eating right is just about replacing the habit, I would have done this years ago! It was habitual for me to drink beer while watching a movie and munch on pretzles. Now, we drink lots of seltzer water and CHOW DOWN on sugar free jello and cool whip or rice cakes!

I hope everyone is having the same success we are! If anyone ever needs to vent or be motivated, I am a great motivator!
