So I have this Syntha-6 Cookies n Cream. It's alright. This guy in my class definately hyped it up way too much.
Annnyway. Anyone have an idea of what to add to it to make it a bit more yummy?
I mix it with skim milk and I can't think of anything to add with it.
Thanks y'all!

I put about 3/4 a scoop of my protein powder in a pre-workout shake and save the other 1/4 scoop to put in my oatmeal with banana and pb! The flavor I have is peanut caramel right now but you could use whatever flavor you want! It's absolutely delicious!0

Sometimes I'll mix mine with frozen fruit....strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, whatever you like. Maybe add a little low-fat yogurt to it?0

I use the GNC and add frozen strawberry to it.0

I have the cookies and cream also. I don't like it, but I am going drink it because it cost too much $. Back to vanilla for me. The cookies and cream flavor overpowers anything you mix with it.0

Yeah, I'm drinking it also because of the $$.
Thanks for the suggestions y'all! I'll mess around and see what happens.0 -
You should've got the Syntha 6 Choclate Milkshake flavor. It's REEEEAAALLLY good and all I add to it is water.
Where did you buy it from? You can return powders to GNC if you've only used a couple scoops and don't like the taste.0 -

Oh man I have that one too. I'm a chocoholic and I could drink that alll day. I LOVE it.
I got it from GNC. I've used about half of it. I never really liked it in the first place, and now I'm just sick of it. I'm trying to use it first so I can save the chocolate. =D
They're having a buy one get one half off until the 14th, FYI. I wish I knew how often they did it!0 -
Save your $$ on those expensive protein powders. Just get non-fat dry milk & add 1/3 cup to 12 oz. regular skim or 1% milk. Add sugar free chocolate or strawberry drink mix-- delicious. Total calories = 180 & 24 grams protein. You can add another 1/3 cup of dry milk for only 80 calories more. Also great in a smoothie - 1/3 cup (or 2) dry milk powder, yogurt, frozen berries or banana, 8 oz 1% milk in a blender. Extra protein without the extra cost (and yukky taste). I don't like the other additives those protein powders have. I don't like the taste either. I would rather make my own. Most of those powders are whey protein which is exactly what's in dry milk powder.0
