Hey, im new to this site, found it from a youtuber.
- I have a question which has been bothering me alot. If someone can shed some insight that would be great !
When trying to lose weight do you need to count calories alone or.... calories from fat in addition to, protein & carbohydrate.
It can feel really ovewhelming monitoring calories alone. However i have managed it and lost 42 pounds atm....still going.
