Energy Boost at the end of the day...

At the end of the day I am EXHAUSTED. All I want to do is leave work and park my butt on my couch until bed time. I have decided to pick 2-3 days a week to go straight to the gym so i don't even have the opportunity to sit down and be lazy. However, I still need some kind of an energy boosta so that I can get to the gym and work hard. I don't want an energy drink (such as Red Bull) because the calorie and sugar intake aren't worth it. I'm a little skeptical of 5 Hour Energy (but if it works let me know). Does anyone know any good energy drinks/boosters that arent loaded with calories and sugar, and that will give me the energy I need to get what I want out of my workout?

GNC has a product called Be Hot. There is some caffeine in it but it also has Green Tea extract and other herbal things. I find it boosts my workout.0

I have taken the 5hour and loved it, but lately I have been unusually exhausted this week and I think I figured out why....
I decided to take a look at my food diary this morning to see whats going on. And I just noticed how Im not getting enough IRON as I had been. I havent been eating my daily bowl of raisin bran and I havent had one piece of fish this week and I was having some tilapia at least 3 days a week. This week I added Turkey instead.
So I'm going back to eating my raisin bran bowl every morning and back to my fish. AND going to start taking a multivitamin. I have a feeling I'm going to get my energy back again!0 -

I started drinking V8 this week. I wouldn't say it gives me a boost, but I notice my energy level has been staying more level ALL day and into the evening.0
