I need help/advice/ideas!!

I need to lose 26 pounds by December 31st. (13 weeks) I'm not losing the planned 2 pounds a week. I don't want to decrease me calories too much because when I did before, I didn't lose and actually gained. Please give me any tricks, ideas, suggestions that worked for you.
The last few days have been rough, but usually I don't go over my alotted calories, but I also don't go too far under them. I am doing different types of cardio for exercise, jogging, walking, dancing and occaisionally jump on my recumbant bike... Besides the past weeks, I don't eat a lot of junk.

I'm up for any advice. Add me, message me, bombard me with whatever works for you.
