first 10 pounds

few things i've noticed about my first 10 pounds:

1. at 46, this *kitten* ain't easy.
2. to eat back exercise calories or to not eat back....that's the MAJOR question on everyone's mind
3. drinking water is key
4. i cannot do it without putting in time at the gym AND i need to start lifting to see toning
5. my body is a complete mystery
6. scale wasn't budging but....my clothes were getting looser
7. 10 pounds down and my body can MOVE better
8. i will always crave ice cream
9. when stressed, i need to STAY OUT OF THE KITCHEN
10. I AM LEARNING TO BE PATIENT AND WITH SUPPORT OF MFP.....IT'S WORKING

    The first 10 were easy for me. Maybe too easy the next 10 are harder for me to loose. I to need to stay away from the kitchen when stressed. Keep up the good work.

    thanks. they say the first few pounds is water weight. i think its all individualized

    I was wondering why is it if I don't start of my day correctly and by that I mean having two glasses of water before I do anything, everything else seems to fall downhill also!.
