I just made a big cookie, like the ones in the mall for parties, from this recipe, actually half a recipe. I subbed some of the brown sugar (4 T ) for splenda (1/2 cup), and it came out to 184 calories for each of the 8 servings. It was so very good, even hubby and daughter loved it, and hubby even knew what was in it. Amazing!
