Do you have clothes that you have slimmed out of? Why not help someone who is in transition? Replacing clothes along your weight loss journey is costly, and some people really can't afford it. This could make the difference between continuing on the journey or giving up, because if "my clothes don't fit, and I can't afford to replace them, I shouldn't lose any more weight". Please help them stay on track.... join the "Clothing Swap" group.

Heh, yeah. I was talking to a woman I know the other day (we used to work together) she lost 50#'s, she is giving away her old clothes and is giving me first dibs...nice, yes?0
