laking the drive

I KNOW what I want, as in weight loss, healthy living, sizes of clothes, energy, all that. I have been re-committing myself to tracking(on part by the order of my Dr-she wants to do a follow up next month). I am SLOWLY starting to get my energy back. BUT I'm finding it hard to still get off my butt and actually exercise.

I wish I had people that lived in town with me and would literally come and drag me out of the house daily to at least go for a walk, OR SOMETHING!

How do I get my motivation to actually do something back?

    you just have to do it,,,,,,, some days i dont want to do anything but i do it any ways ........keep at it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
