Hit guys, I have been around for about three weeks now and just really starting getting started. I just want to say good luck to everyone with their goals, may 2010 be the year! Just a quick tid-bit about me, I have been repeating a really silly phrase I have heard whenever a craving comes around..... per Kate Moss ( nothing taste as good as skinny feels ) LOL, for some reason that has stopped me from eating the cookies etc.....
