Help!

I have just started my fit pal and began working out almost 2 months ago. I lead a very sedentary lifestyle so i have started working out and counting calories. The first month I was at 1500 calories a day and worked out at least 5 days a week for 45-60 min a day. I lost 6 pounds and was very excited. This 2nd month I am still at 1500 calories aday and have increased my work out to 60 min of cardio every day( 7 days a week) and added to that a general workout on the machines 3 times a week . But little to no weight loss this month WHY????

    that happens sometimes..as i know that it takes month to reach weight plateau.. read about it.. and see if its what ur going through.. maybe u need to shock ur body since it got used to the routine.. maybe reduce the calories ur eating for a weak.. read about it online.. good luck
