So slow!

So i know this weight loss thing is a slow process but I find myself getting discouraged easily. I lost a pound over 2 weeks while eating correctly and working out as regularly as possible (the past week has been nuts at work. 14 hour days make getting to the gym tough).
I know I just have to stick to it and I will lose, but I'm simply frustrated.
