I have my goals set to where I need to eat 1500 calories a day. I am starting to think that might be too little for how much I work out! I burn 600-700 calories a day and about 800 on the days I run a couple times a week. I usually eat back no more than half my calories burnt! Should I up my calories for the day??

You could start by eating more of your calories burned.
Or calculate your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) which will include the calories you burn from exercise, and eat 15-20% below that number every day, instead of fluctuating based on your exercise.0 -
I would say...increase your calories in increments over time opposed to a dramatic change instantly until you start to feel like its right, listen to your body, me..I can easily tell when I need more calories based on my workouts0
