Hey guys, for those of you who have not checked it out yet, please stop by my healthy cooking facebook page. I have lots of beautiful pictures of food and some new spins on some old recipes. I use MFP to calculate calories and macros.

    Do you need the whole recipe or the substitutions? I use cauliflower instead of potatoes and goat cheese instead of butter and cream. You can also use fat free sour cream or a non animal milk as well.

    I like the goat cheese as it gives it such a good flavor. Try it with the cauliflower, it is lower on the glycemic index.

    MMM, now you have me wanting some of this, I think I will make a pot this weekend.

    Another thing you can do but it is not clean eating is add a package of the idahoan instant mashed potatoes. They thicken up the soup and add a nice flavor. I hate saying it on here because I am such an advocate of clean food, but it is not horrible. They come in lots of different flavors too.
