I found that if you get Bertolli family starter meal and instead of adding noodles you and lots of your favorite veggies it is delious,filling and very low in carbs a net carb of 5 or less because of the added veggies.checl it out. you can do it with the other meals also but this was my family's favorite:flowerforyou:

Another product that's easy to prepare is the Wanchai Ferry boxed dinners-I do the same thing with them..I add some frozen broccoli or stir fry veggies to the meat portion of it and for me I eliminate the rice and eat it as a stir-fry..I really like the orange chicken one and actually like the rest of the flavors too..just add your chicken breast meat and veggies. Even with the rice it's not that bad on calories though.0
