today marks 150lbs down :D *progress pics heavy*

As the title states im at 150lbs down today, at my heaviest i was 424lbs, weight this morning is 274lbs, ive went from a UK size 30/32 to UK size 18/20/22, i have gained sooo much more confidence, when u think you've too much to loose and decide that you "CANT" do it, im here to tell u that u "CAN" do it, yes its hard and yes ive sulked, moaned and cried been thru all the emotions but i still got here, i have 75lbs more to loose to be in onederland and will reassess my goals from there xx

forgot to mention if anyone wanted to no - im 5'10" and its taking me 17 months to loose 150lbs xx

Wow! I had more than 150 pounds to lose in total, and this is VERY inspiring! I am always amazed by how much weight (or lack thereof) can alter a person's face. You don't even look like the same person! Fantastic job!!! You look great!
