New Beginning

This is the first time I have tried to take tiny steps to my ultimate goal of a healthy lifestyle. I just landed my first full-time job (after graduating from college), and I can already see a year going by and I've gained 20lbs from sitting at a desk all day.

So, last month I created a 'Monthly Challenged' which was to NOT eat in the cafeteria and cook dinner/make lunch everyday. It worked and I lost 6lbs in one month without exercising. So, my next month is to exercise 6x a week. I've read success stories here and I know I can do it.
