Help! With TDEE for weight loss

I am cutting, starting tomorrow! I used scoobys calculator and got my TDEE which is 2506.. Daily cals are 2130.. Did I do this right?? Help!

    Sure. I like http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/ but taking a bit off the TDEE is the way to go. If you haven't been tracking calories before, you might want to track and eat at maintenance for a couple weeks to make sure that really is your TDEE.

    With only ~5# to go, just taking 10% off your TDEE would be plenty. But keep in mind that your TDEE includes your exercise, so you don't add that and eat the calories.

    And be sure to track your progress through photos instead of the scale. :happy:

    I got 2255 for daily cals so I just rounded up to 2260
