My October challenge

My current 8 rep limit for dumbbell press is 50# dumbbells.
My goal is to reach 70#'s by the end of October.
Is that a reasonable goal considering my barbell bench press is 135#?

Completely reasonable is your nutrition is right and you get the appropriate rest. But it will challenge you for sure. Good luck.0

Yup. Got plenty of "stored calories" still. :bigsmile:
Went from 35# DB to 50# in September. And from 35# to 60# one arm bent row.
My upper body is getting good work in the pool too. About half of the two mile swim is with hand pads that increase the muscle resistance.0 -

I do have to be careful because of my left shoulder. My form has to stay as close to ideal as possible.0
