I have been slowly gearing myself up the last few weeks and today everything will hit all cylinders.

Please join me. It can be done and I am juiced to start it.

My program:
Juicing once a day.
4 moderate meals spread out each day.
6 days a week weight training
5 days a week insanity.

My Juice:
Beets
Kale
Apple
Carrots
Strawberry or grapefruit (grapefruit gets it tart though)
Cucumber
1/4 inch of fresh ginger
