What is a delicious way to cook tilapia? I keep cooking it with good ingredients but it still turns out bland.

    I grill mine on a george foreman & season it with blackening seasoning. Yummy! Don't over cook it!

    Bake in the oven. I spread hoison sauce, red chilli sauce, tai sauce, etc on the fish before cooking. Tastes great and a tablespoon of sauce is more than enough. Touch of soy sauce, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.

    Tilapia is one of those things that's nice because it can have variety due to the bane that it's so bland initially.

    Lemon pepper, cajun, garlic and herb... put it in the oven at 300 but grilled is way better I just dont have that ability.
