How to figure out my Teedee?

So i see on here that everyone figures out their Teedee and then they know how many calories to eat a day. Can someone help me figure out mine? I am 31, female 5'2 and 119 lbs I live a active lifestyle, I work as an teachers aide in a kindergarten classroom so its busy then i clean houses two days a week after work . When i am at home i am cleaning up my house and I also try to work out about a half an hour in the mornings. I drink 5-7 glasses of water a day and try to stay somewhere between 1300 and 1500 cals a day! Hope this gives you enough info that maybe you could help me. Thanks
