Fitbit website not updating?

Other Fitbit users - is the website synching your Fitbit info this morning? My Fitbit info quit updating on the site yesterday afternoon and still isn't updating, and I'm wondering if it's just me, or if there's a larger problem. Anyone have a similar experience this morning?

    It was a bit slow this morning but seems fine now.

    BTW my time zone is GMT+2

    I was having a problem getting it to update as well, so I plugged in my fitbit to the base and push the reset button on the bottom of the base station...then it worked. BTW the flower in your photo is beautiful.

    Mine wasn't synching for about 3 days, but I've heard the problem is fixed now!

  • I am super frustrated with my FB right now. I have been getting a 0 adjustment every day for a week...even though I manually keep track of my numbers and know that's not right. In the past, even when I left the FB laying on my dresser all day, I got an adjustment of 98.

    Thanks, everyone - Keith, your response let me know that the problem was me, not the system, so I went back to troubleshoot - ccnjc4e, I tried the reset procedure, and when that didn't work I took the next step for a Mac - restarting the computer. That did the trick, so I'm back in business!

    Along the way, I read the current MFP "technical support" thread about MFP-Fitbit synching. Lots of activity there, and it looks like things will be changing for the better now that MFP has gone back to the former way of calculating the Fitbit adjustment.

    P.S. The iPhone photo in my profile is of a California poppy, which grows in profusion during the misty summer here on the redwood coast of California. That bright orange makes the gray days a little easier to take.
