full of wonder

I am new to this as of today. A friend told me about it and so I decided to try it out. I am wondering how eating more calories then I have been will help me loose weight. Believe me I have to loose about 60 pounds and am hoping that this will help me out. Do you have to eat certain foods or just what you want and trck it and make sure you do not go over the calories they give you for a day to take in.Please help me out. Thank you!!!

    You can set up your goals and then just track what you eat. Tracking keeps you accountable. When you exercise and log your exercises you get more calories to eat! This is my first week and I am very pleased with it so far. Weigh in tomorrow so hopefully I will see a loss. Need to lose 40-45 pounds.
