    go to vitacost.com, they have a huge selection of Whey proteins. I like Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Tropical Punch, it tastes like fruit punch, is 120 cal, 24 grams of protein and mixes well in water.

    Yep, TrueNutrition.com allows you to custom make your own protein powder. They are a lot cheaper than buying commercial brands.
