I am forced to eat at these types of buffets at least a couple of days a week, and often times that is the last food for about 8 hours. I was wondering about the nutritional content of the scrambled eggs. Are they real? Hotel people? How do you log them? I found this article:

At least I was doing a few things right. But I have no idea how to log the eggs and grits. I will forgo the OJ from now on. I don't do breads or cereals. I also stock up on the apples and cottage cheese.

Ask the people who work the buffet these questions. They are the ones that know. Most restaurants are now supplying nutritional information.0
