I'm a little confused. I use sweet n low, equal, splenda, etc as sugar substitutes for coffee. I just noticed that 2 packets of sweet n low are accounting for 2 grams of "SUGAR" in my food diary. Could this be right? I thought sweet n low was a sugar substitute, does it really have sugar in it?
