Bagel & Smoked Salmon Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 of Whole Grain Wheat Bagel- 140 calories (depend on.bagel type)
Philadelphia Cream Cheese- Garden Vegetable (1/3 less fat) 60 calories
Atlantic Smoked Salmon- 52 calories couple of pieces

Take of 1/2 of bagel (toasted or not) and spread 2 tsp of cream cheese evenly over bagel. Then take your smoked Salmon either cooked or out the pack (since its already cooked...whether you want it heated is your preference) and place on top of cream cheese!
