Exercise Music!

edited December 2024 in Fitness and Exercise
Okay, like many of us, I tend to listen to my iPod when I'm exercising. Lately, that's been in the form of walking, but it's still good to have a steady beat to pace yourself to. Plus, some music just pumps you up like no other.

What are your top 3 favorite songs to workout to?

Mine (no particular order):

The Longest Time - Billy Joel <-classic
Save The World To The End (Zedd Mix) - SHM & Tommy Trash <-techno/house
Memories - David Guetta ft. Kid Cudi <-just good

Also, feel free to add me, I just started and I'm looking for buds!

Oh. And apparently I don't read well, because I didn't see the "list three songs" part of the equation. Oh well.
  • i get pretty rowdy listening to zed, zomboy, and the asking alexandrias stepped up and scratched album. super motivating, good beat, keeps ya going!!!
  • I like Billy Joel. His "You're Only Human" song has helped get my butt in gear for exercising many a time. Haven't heard of those other bands. Something for me to check out later.

Any classic funky kind of music gets me pumped. I like to dance mostly for exercise, so I'm jamming to stuff like this:

Peaches & Herb "Shake Your Groove Thing"
Rufus & Chaka Khan "Ain't Nobody"
Earth Wind & Fire "Let's Groove"
Midnight Star "No Parking on the Dance Floor"

LOL, you're not the only one.
  • Can I bump my own post? lol
