Yesterday I had my best day ever eating wise....ate small portions, all the right food, drank lots of water....did goodly amount of exercise. So how come today I weigh a kilo more than yesterday?! This has happened before...isn't it just sooooo disappointing!!

Intense, or more intense than you're used to, exercise can cause temporary fluid retention, which causes temporary increases on the scale.
It's perfectly normal.0 -
You shouldn't weight yourself every day - it will always give you a different result!
Weight yourself at the same time, on the same day - only once a week i.e. every Friday morning at 7am
This will give you a better idea of how you're tracking0 -
Thanks for the repies....I think I should weigh myself less and go by the feel of clothes...will hide the scales tonight!0
