Run for the Cure - Breast Cancer

So very proud of myself....after losing almost 20lbs, I ran my first 5K in 4 years today....30m20sec....so wanted to try and be sub 30...oh well on my next one.....it was so inspirering to listen to the women before the run tell thier stories of survival...all I could think was wow, they are strong...really made me push myself in the run....if they can survive the tramadic events associated with breast cancer, such as chemo, losing thier hair, radiation and still have such a positive outlook on life....then guess what....we can to.....everyone who is dieting and exercising to become more healthier...stay focused and stay positive....you to can survive without all that bad crap that got you to this point....
