100 Mile Challenge

I am thinking about setting up a challenge for running or walking or jogging 100 miles total for the month of October, which would be roughly 25 miles a week - 3 sessions of 6 miles each time. Anybody interested?

    100 miles isn't too tough, I thought that, but now I log my miles per month and easily add up 150 - 200 :smile:

    I'm interested!! I ran about 90 miles in September, and am wanting to up to 100 in October.

    I ran 80 in September without setting it as a goal, it just kind of happened. I am def down for this !

    MY GOAL FOR OCT IS 200 MILES BUT I ALSO INCLUDE SPINNING, ELLIPTICAL, ROWING, ETC.

    I DID 191.5 MILES IN SEPT. COUNT ME IN.

    3 sessions of 6 miles is 18 miles... Not 25 ?

    I did the challenge for September on a 200 miles basis
    so I am ok for doing the October one too.
