Total: 2661 194 126 186 20 4837
Per Serving: 222 (cals)16 (carbs) 11 (fat) 16 (protein) 2 (fiber) 403 (sodium)

Method:
stir fry onion, garlic (crushed), leek (sliced), bacon (cut into pieces - or could use lardons) and mushrooms (sliced) together for a few minutes, then add chicken (diced), black pepper and stir until chicken is sealed. then add maggi cubes (stock cubes), tinned condensed soup, sweetcorn and 1/2 tin water and simmer until the chicken is cooked.

Once cooked place into a large casserole dish (or 2 small dishes) and leave to cool. Then once cold roll out the puff pastry on top and brush with some whisked egg (I forgot to add that in the recipe - you probably use about 1/4 of an egg).

Bake in the oven, about 200' for about 30 mins.

I had mine with homemade roast potatoes, spring green cabbage, carrot & swede mash. I also did honey roast parsnips and corn on the cob but I didn't eat those.

enjoy. xx

Looks yummy, and I should be able to modify it for my son's allergies.
  • Very similar to a chicken pie that i do... I use Crème fraîche instead of chicken soup, and i add tarragon which gives the pie a really distinctive flavour. I've done it a few times with turkey, but chicken tastes much nicer.
I think i'll have to try it with the soup now.
  • I can taste this pie!

It sounds delish!! When you say 200 degrees, I'm guessing you don't mean Fahrenheit. Am I right?

If you make your own crème fraîche - we need to be friends. (-:
