Healthy, Low-Cal Indian Food
If you like spicy, filling food you should consider the cookbook "Fresh Indian" by Sunil Vijayakar. I found it in the bargain books section of Barnes and Noble. These recipes list the calories and nutritional content of each meal. They are simple, flavorful and filling with most under 300 calories per serving. Since joining myfitnesspal I have become a bit obsessive about calorie intake and became hooked on this book because it makes counting and cooking easy and tasty!

Thank you! I'm totally into Indian cuisine right now. I bought my mom the Curry Bible for her birthday, of course before I give it to her I have every page marked for copying down. It doesn't have the nutrition in it tho, so this is even better!0
